Shop Policy Repair Price (Minimums)
Repairs are completed on a “first come, first serve” basis
Note: same day service available (time permitting) at twice the regular price ($20 minimum)
Shop is not responsible for items left more than 60 days after completion
Custom designed items once begun cannot be caged without additional charges. All custom pieces require 50% non refundable deposit
We stand on our reputation for excellence; however due to the fragile nature of some items. We assume no liability for damages to gemstones or jewelry left for repair
