Repairs are completed on a “first come, first serve” basis

Note: same day service available (time permitting) at twice the regular price ($30-minimum)

Sora Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items left more than 60 days after completion

Custom designed items once begun can not be changed without additional charges. All custom pieces require 50% non refundable deposit

We stand on our reputation for excellence; However due to the fragile nature of come items, we assume no liability for damages to gemstones or jewelry left for repair.
