Custom Ring Project Deposit Policy

Thank you for choosing us to create your custom ring! We're excited to bring your vision to life. To ensure that we can proceed with the design and production of your piece, please review the following deposit policy:

1. Deposit Requirement
   A 50% deposit of the total project cost is required before work can begin on your custom ring. This deposit covers the time and resources required for the design and crafting of your unique piece.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit
   Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. Due to the nature of custom work and the time committed to the project, the deposit cannot be returned once paid. We recommend reviewing all details thoroughly before submitting your deposit to ensure your satisfaction with the design.

3. Final Payment
   The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the ring, prior to shipping or pick-up. Your ring will be ready for collection or shipment once the full payment has been received.

4. Cancellation
   If you decide to cancel the project after the deposit has been made, please understand that the deposit will be retained to cover the costs already incurred in the production process.

5. Timeline
   The timeline for completion will be provided at the time of deposit, though it may vary depending on design complexity and production capacity.
